Cancellation Policy

The contract is subject to the following conditions:

  1. Right of withdrawal without penalty – The guest has the right to withdraw from the contract up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival date without incurring any penalty.

    The withdrawal must be communicated to the accommodation facility within this period by phone at the number provided and/or by email at info@locandaparsifal.com.
  2. Guest’s non-compliance – In the event of withdrawal by the guest after the stated deadline or in case of no-show on the agreed date, the accommodation facility is entitled to retain 100% of the total cost of the confirmed services as a penalty, without prejudice to further damages.

    In case of early departure, the accommodation facility is entitled to receive payment for the full agreed amount of the stay.
  3. Accommodation provider’s non-compliance – If the confirmed services cannot be provided, the accommodation facility must compensate for any damages caused to the guest who does not accept relocation to a nearby facility of equal category.

    In the case of relocation, the costs of transfer and any price difference are to be borne by the original accommodation facility unable to provide the confirmed services.
  4. Check-in and Check-out time – Rooms are available to guests after 2:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated no later than 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
