Locanda Parsifal was founded in 1962 and is located on a busy thoroughfare in the western area of the city of Parma, near small manufacturing businesses, Parma’s Exhibition Center, and the G. Verdi Airport.
Over the years, the venue has evolved to meet the growing needs of its clientele and, after several renovations, today it operates as a Bar with Kitchen and Guest Rooms. The current ownership has been in place since 1993 and is managed by the Narlè Family, who have experience in the hospitality industry dating back to the 1970s.
At Parsifal, you can enjoy a quality coffee paired with a fresh pastry, savor a classic sandwich with Parma ham and local cold cuts, or have a quick yet high-quality meal with a freshly prepared pasta dish. You can also choose from a daily selection of salads, main courses, and side dishes, all made with fresh, local ingredients.
To end the day, don’t miss a glass of sparkling wine, a craft beer, or a classic cocktail.
In 2025, after extensive renovations of the entire building, six rooms were created, designed for business stays in Parma as well as for weekend getaways in the city and surrounding areas.
The location is strategic due to its proximity to numerous services such as the Esselunga superstore, pharmacy, car rental, and bike sharing. The stop for urban bus line No. 12 is located right in front of the Locanda, offering a direct connection—without transfers—to the train station and city center every 15 minutes (every 30 minutes on public holidays).
Several parking spaces are available in the private, free (unattended) parking area reserved for guests.
